Walking practice is made fun here because every push is rewarded straight away. As a toddler pushes the toy along, the balls inside pop and bounce, giving an immediate, noisy reward that encourages another step, and then another.
It is a Christmas-morning favourite for generations because it needs no explanation. A child simply pushes it, the balls pop, and the play begins at once, with no buttons, settings or instructions to work out first.

- Needs no explanation, so play starts straight away
- Push-powered, so no batteries are needed
